I want to recommend that you buy a home built by Guy Panizzi. My house is well built using good quality materials throughout. The layout is functional, and attention is given to the details–crown molding, granite countertops, and quality flooring. It is energy efficient affording me low electric bills. If anything needs fixed, you will be referred to the original skilled craftsmen he used, and they stand behind their work. If I needed a house built, Guy Panizzi would be who I would have build it. Whether you have a new home built or buy a Panizzi built home, you can depend on the work and the service.
